PharmStar to Pursue SEC Fully-Reporting Status
31.12.69
WILSON, NC, Oct 31, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --
PharmStar Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (pinksheets:PHAR) (the "Company")
announced today that it has started the process of becoming a
fully-reporting company under U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
(SEC) regulations, in preparation for listing its shares on the OTC
Bulletin Board (OTCBB).
Fully-reporting SEC status will allow PharmStar to pursue a listing
on NASDAQ's OTC Bulletin Board, a regulated quotation service that
displays real-time quotes, last-sale prices, and market depth and
volume information for over-the-counter securities.
"I am committed to continuing our policy of transparency and complete
disclosure, and this process is therefore mandatory for us if we are
to achieve our goals," stated PharmStar CEO Howard Phykitt. "I
believe that a listing on the OTCBB will enhance investor interest
and confidence, lower our cost of capital, and make our stock more
attractive to institutional investors. As the Company continues to
progress toward this listing we will update our shareholders
accordingly. As a first step, we have identified our audit firm and
have begun organizing our historical corporate operations and
financial results. We will then prepare SEC filings in anticipation
of transitioning to fully-reporting status and application to the
OTCBB early next year."

Blues depth shows in victory
31.12.69
Newcomers Jason Arnott and Jamie Langenbrunner brought
much-appreciated experience and leadership ability to the Blues
this season.
"It kind of overshadowed the fact we got two great players as
well," defenseman Kevin Shattenkirk observed.
The addition of those veteran forwards has allowed the Blues to
balance their offensive firepower over three lines and construct a
fourth line with counter-attacking ability.
"We've got a good hockey team here," winger Andy McDonald said.
"I really like the balance we have in our forward lines. We've got
three lines that can score and a fourth line that's hard to play
against. I think for other teams looking at that lineup, what do
your really do when you have those lines coming over the
boards?"
The Blues used that depth to roll over Calgary 5-2 on Monday
afternoon at Scottrade Center. The Blues outshot the Flames 35-17
and got even-strength points from 10 players.
"I think we're a difficult team to match-up against and check
right now," Blues general manager Doug Armstrong said.
