Any gas range brand recommendations ? I'm looking for a 48" dual oven semi pro gas range?

I'm looking at gas ranges, 48" models (dual oven & 6 burner + griddle) on top. We've been looking at dsc, wolf, viking, thermador, etc..
Deprecating experience would be best.
I certainly love my Jenn-Air range. I have interchangeable components that can be swapped out. As per usual I keep 3 burners and a 2 burner grill. But I also have a griddle component that can swap out with 2 other burners or the grill. It's by the skin of one's teeth a wonderful range and the $1200 price tag wasn't that daunting inasmuch as how much use we get from it.

I found a flawless dual nutrition range with a convection oven, two ovens stacked which matches what I currently have except precisely now I don't have convection. It's the same 30", basically only adding the gas stovetop and convection publicize to my ovens. Currently I have a Maytag Gemini but the one I found that is comparable is a Jenn-Air.
Any recommendations? My objective is to wait under $2,000. Indemnification will not be paying for my new oven.

I have only baked a few times in a gas oven and I didn't safe keeping for it. There may be calling around fixes but pithy of covering every bake with a pan I don't misery for the results in gas. Every other cordial of nourishment is brilliant from what I attend to.
Propane would be extravagant to run the oven also. Dual nutrition would be my pick. I attachment my gas stove top. My two cents.

I do have a new Pantry Aid tense folded oven with 'Convection' and a 'Bread Ratification' cycles and those features have been very very skilled. And they say Convection saves dynamism.
