What is the best artisan bread electric slicer?
I'm evaluation to bake about 50 loaves of artisan bread (despotic outer crust, dried fruit favourable) to give away. Since the bread gets stony very quickly, I'd like to slice it up and involve a memo saying that after a few days it will be agreeable when toasted. Commercial electric slicers are very valuable and there are a few cheap plastic ones on the retail but I'm not sure where to begin. Can anybody give me some tips, hints, or experiences they've had with such products? Thanks.
I wouldn't slice it at all. Wrap the loaves whole and give them that way.
