rooms. Now they are effective me tha the hotels policy is that we cannot bring in our own large capacity coffee maker. It has to be commercially made coffee brought in or we can have them purvey coffee for $2/person. This may not seem expensive until you concentrate it towards 50-60 guests that will bedrinking coffee. $1/cup would be more sober, in light of spending $1000's with them already.
Lodging policy is hotel policy for a very fair reason... often, that reason is a too soon lawsuit.
The hotel has people to retain, you know. Maids to clean the rooms, servers to set up the lavish dinner hall, make and serve commons if they are catering in-house, then break down and sanitary up when your event is over.
