I have a stamp new Magic Chef mini fridge that make a loud clicking rattle every 5 or so minutes, followed by a loud reasonable coming from it. I wanted to know if this is run-of-the-mill for these fridges or if there is a way to stop it. Thanks so much
That is indubitably the noises of normal operation, if it is label new, it MAY get quieter, but I doubt it, if it cools well thatis probably the noises the machinery makes.
I got a Magic Chef mini fridge (without the freezer) a few months ago. It has worked gigantic but a loud buzzing noise begins chance every few hours now. It wakes me up at night because the fridge is in my dorm reside. I think the fan is iced over so I use a blow dryer on it for a diminutive while until the sound goes away. How can I get my fridge normal again? I don't overstock it, just a few drinks and snacks are in there.
There's indubitably something in the cooling fan that makes the noise. Look behind or under the fridge and see if it needs cleaning.
