Newco OCS-12 Coffee Maker, Jason HUett
On the whole, I am very let down with this coffee pot. Newco has a new Chinese fabricator of this section, and it shows. Also, their phone/sales cane is egregious when you make, but when I called to try and consideration the section, they were unpolished, gave me the runaround, are forcing me to pay shipping back to them for "testing" to draw if they will refund my pelf, and one herself even hung up the phone on me when I questioned these policies. Leave alone at all costs. You have been warned.
