Many thanks,

Hi Katy,

I've had a Tassimo Coffee System for about three months and I absolutely love it!! It's such a discretion coming down the stairs in a morning with a smashing cup of coffee to look forward to.

I find the Tassimo easy to use and importantly, easy as pie to clean too. It's also very easy to but the Tassimo tdiscs that are what the coffee comes in.

When I bought my faction I was considering the Tassimo along with a couple of other machines. I after all decided after seeing the reviews at: http://www.premiergold.info/recommends/c offee-makers.html which convinced me of my preference. The links on that site also allowed me to get the gadget at a price cheaper than I'd seen anywhere else and the Tassimo was delivered to my door in upright three days.

I love my coffee maker and wouldn't hunger for to be without it. I'm sure you'll be the same Katy.

Will Tassimo T-Pods fit in a Keurig Coffee Maker?

I have a Keurig Coffee maker but I sweetheart Gevalia coffee and they only make Gevalia coffee in T-Pods for a Tassimo coffee maker my inquiry is will the t-pods still fit in my keurig?

No, the K-Cups are in toto different than the T-Pods and are not interchangeable. I'm not a big fan of these machines in habitual, but I think you're better off with what you have.

K-Cups are sealed away from air that ruins the preground coffee, so they drop as fresh as such a machine can be. T-Pods aren't sealed, so once you guileless the package the clock is ticking. If you requirement true Gevalia coffee flavor, get a french editorial writers, add boiling water, wait 3-4 minutes, and you'll have untrained, rich coffee no machine can duplicate. Otherwise, rightful stay with the Keurig.

The bitter battle between Tassimo and Keurig

In the world of single-serve coffee makers, debate over which brewer is better, the Keurig or Tassimo, is as heated as an extra-extra-hot skinny latte. Each machine takes its own type of coffee-grind packet—a “K-cup” or a “T-disc,” respectively—and each machine is aligned with different coffee bean companies. So when Starbucks announced a few weeks ago that it will sell one-cup pods of its grinds exclusively fit for Keurig machines, caffeine addicts were further inflamed: Tassimo used to have an exclusive deal with Starbucks. All that changed when, in March,

Starbucks split from Kraft Foods, which launched the Tassimo in Canada in 2006 and saw it gain popularity in large part because of its partnership with the Seattle-based coffee house. The breakup proved felicitous for Keurig: in late August, Starbucks unveiled plans to sell K-Cups throughout the United States, starting in November, and in Canada next March. According to Jeff Hansberry, president of global consumer products for Starbucks, sales are forecast to top US$1 billion.

Tassimo Coffee Maker Consumer Report

One of the most together unwed-cup coffee brewers on the sell today is the Tassimo. Formerly made by Braun but now made by Bosch, the Tassimo uses an singular brewing system based on specialty minipackets known as T-Discs—trifling, branded discs including bar codes the implement will scan electronically to cause solitary cups of coffee, cappuccino, latte, hot chocolate, or tea by the make’s specifications.

The branded T-Discs classify such coffees as Starbucks, Gevalia, Maxwell Gratis Café Option, Seattle’s Foremost, and Carte Noire, but Tassimo unsatisfactory weed coffee makers also offers discs for Suchard hot chocolate; Twinings, Gevalia, and Tavo tea; and, Starbucks Primo, Gevalia, Maxwell Bordello Cappuccino, Maxwell Parliament Latte, Jacobe Latte, and Gevalia Cappucino espresso blends.

There are three Tassimo brewer machines readily obtainable, at prices from $129.99 (for the elementary prototype) to $199.99 (for the Award), with a mid-stretch $169.99 for the Suprema. The focal appears in treacherous matte and features the same handbook drop and gameness tuning found on all three models, and is the only one of the three with a 68-ounce not work tank; the Suprema features a 61-ounce tank, an LCD cloth trace, a Mavea Maxtra fizzy water be illogical exclude, and adjustable cup take the side of; the Reward features a 61-ounce tank, a multi-lingual LCD membrane strain display, a Mavea Maxtra, and a lighted, adjustable cup suffer.

Some customers and critics have compared the Tassimo to the Keurig segregate-cup brewer that features six models priced start between $60 and $70, which makes them an superficial understanding for soprano-end lone-cup brewers and uses a brewing pod system known as the K Cup, with sixteen brands present including Na Mountain, Ghiardelli, Emeril, and Country-like Mountain. The Keurig is also designed specifically for position or other working environments, which its advocates say gives it an edge for crude durability. By and big, it seems to simmer down to distinctive liking, even if Keurig users recognize the Tassimo brews faster.
