They are stackable (by screwing together) cheap containers that are suitable for small craft items eg. beads. They are of Taiwanese or China origination. I have purchased them in Australia at a discount condition called "The Warehouse" and have seen them on genius/scrapbooking sites in USA
In the UK there are varies varieties of what you call "Stockpile Packs".
Wilkinson's/Woolworth's/Argos and a lot more outlets that do these species of containers. I personally settled for some Fishing Address oneself to Boxes. These I found to have lots of sections, for all the odds & sods, but more to the goal are very secure, for carrying about.
