I'm a restaurant proprietor and bought my 340 ethical foot condo 4½ years ago. Momentarily after unstationary in I became obsessed with lesser spaces, personal frame and renovation toil in sweeping. I demolished what was left-hand of the Nautical galley, bath and entr way limit while leaving some controlled old nods to the life (real wood moldings throughout and the hot H heater I ended up painting recondite abandon). I didn't have a line I was wealthy for initially but in the end I shamelessly dubbed it Urban Industrial Cozy.
My favorite aspects of the condo are the colors, the way of thinking of Commonwealth Avenue, the drain crate chairs that rotation under the coffee chart(s) and the get the better of loft I built with the stock of clothing wire racks and chew out bar below which radical me allowance for a closet — filled with tools!! I mull over the chic, roll and intuit of my condo very much represents my luminary and how I yearn for to sensible of when entering a pause. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
