When I wash my dishes, I lay a dry towel underneath the drainboard and change it once every other day,or when?

it is wonderful wet, then I air the area out before beginning again. My mom says that this is creating mold. Is it? I have not seen any traces so far...
I crimp up a towel and place in front of my sink to assistant keep me dry!
I have another folded towel for setting glasses on. This leaves more extent in the rack for not-so-delicate items.
Vary it as often as you like.

dish drainboard stains?

I have toilsome water and it stains the draining meals. The board is brown from water dripping off the dishes onto it. How can I get rid of the stains?
Is it wood? Then use a chlorine spray. If its not wood use lime away or lemon strength and borax paste.

West Milford Board of Ed. approves concession stand upgrade

On the recommendation of Interim Superintendent John Petrelli the West Milford Board of Education (BOE) approved concession stand upgrades at Macopin School in an amount not to exceed $15,000. The work will be done by in-house personnel. The stand is located by the high school football field.
The BOE, at the Aug. 23 meeting, approved the submittal of the project by LAN Associates of Midland Park , to the New Jersey State Department of Education (NJSDE) for state approval. Also submitted to the NJSDE for approval was a LAN project for a West Milford High School baseball scoreboard.
The BOE also approved LAN Associates to amend the Long Range Facilities Plan, as necessary, to include these two projects that are not currently listed in the plan.
The BOE on June 21 approved a $6,000 contract for LAN to do engineering services. A West Milford Board of Health (WMBOH) inspection on April 20 determined that six items in the stand were not in compliance with the state code for "Sanitation in Retail Food Establishments and Food Vending Machines," Chapter 24 (BJAC 8:24).
