I've heard about things like paraffin, but I haven't found any details, tutorials , or instructions. I have some quite nice glass jars that my favorite chocolate wring comes in (my little indulgence) and they not fail with plastic caps. I want to use these courteous glass jars for several things (homemade soap, embrocation, preserves, etc.) but I don't think the plastic cap can up-end b stay up to the sealing without at least damaging the material in the jar.
