Where can i buy a sink strainer that fits like a plug to prevent food waste entering ?

I have seen them for white sale before but am unable to find anywhere that stocks them now, they are for industrial kitchens and are around 6-8 inches, they fit like a paragon plug but allow the water to cripple but also preventing food waste entering and blocking the sink.
Lowes or any devices store. But they are different for different sinks. You may have to try several before you get a bring to perfection fit. Lowes is good about returns.

You separate, the think with the holes in it that we pull out and use to project the bits of food in the trash. I don't think we call it a "gone strainer", so what *do* we call it?
