Do you make cupcakes using an ice cream scoop?

What bigness (number) scoop do you use for the large, regular and mini cupcakes?


I use a 12 for the eleemosynary muffin type and a little more
the 16 for the methodical and the 20 for the mini's they work well for my portioning. others are contradictory maybe a better word would be portioning scoop.

How do I make an ice cream van?

I am expectations to make an ice cream truck out of my mini van. How do I find things for it.
