where do I get a furnace filter 20 x 22??

they are not in the stores! and I have a equitably normal Trane furnace :(

Thats a in effect odd size.... If you can't find them in stores, you may prerequisite to try a local HVAC shop, and if they can't alleviate you... I'd try to modify it to a normal area such as 20 x 20...... Most hardware stores tattle on a cheap green filter that looks like a Amazon scrub pad that you can cut down to size.. But I wouldn't commend those, from the ones I seen they really don't colander anything out.

My furnace is designed for a 20 x 25 x 4 filter. Can I use 4 20 x 25 x 1 filters?

I cannot always find a 4" thick screen, is there a downside to using 4 1" filters? I am using three filters of corresponding density, and one of a much thicker density (i.e. filters smaller particles) in descendants (least to most dense).

Have a 04 6.0 at mechanism, 161,000 miles, new inflame and oil filters, 15w40 oil, temp's in the 20's. start wholesome with heater hooked up over nite. but then won't run godd until has ran for a few minutes, have done ficm resolder with readings of key at 36v, call up at 48v, run at 47.4 volts with the pcm power on. old readings were key on 20v, buzz 48v, and run 33v, all this when apparatus was gelid. without heater have to cycle key 6-7 times to start and no power and misses for the first 3 miles. has new injectors in 2,4,6,8. slues 8 was replaced about 4, 000 miles ago for the flawed nonetheless, which ran about 4,000 miles. I would like to be sure the greatest way of checking th phosphoresce plugs and pcm.
