Tiger fans take tricked-out ambulance to games

It's got the comfort of a home away from home with nearly
everything but the kitchen sink. It even has its own website.
The lettering on the side says it's tailgating "with 86,092 of
our closest friends." And if that's not enough, the orange and
white certainly catches the eye of the casual passerby.
"It just makes for interesting tailgating," says owner Tripp
Wingard. "You get random people come up, and people just want to
talk."
From bumper to bumper, there's plenty to talk about. It's the
Clemson orange ambulance, and it's coming to a stadium near
you.
From top to bottom, the former medical vehicle reflects
Wingard's and his wife Suzanne's love for their alma mater. The
seat belts - orange. The seat covers - tiger skin. The remote
control for the flat-screen TV - orange.
"Everything Clemson," Tripp said. "Me, my brother, Suzanne did
some."
The idea started years ago when the Wingards were looking for
something that could transport tailgating supplies. A blue 1994
Chevrolet Astro van was the original tailgating vehicle that held
the chairs, stadium seats and cooler.

Combine the orange juice and cranberries and set aside to soak.
Use some of the milk to mix the cornflour and custard powder into a smooth paste. Heat the rest of the milk with the vanilla. Remove from the heat and stir in the cornflour mixture, yolks, sugar and rind.
Return to the heat and stir until the mixture boils and thickens. Remove and stir in the soaked cranberries.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and cover the surface of the custard with a piece of cling film. Allow to cool completely.
Lay a sheet of phyllo pastry on your work surface and brush with melted butter. Repeat the process until you have five sheets stacked. Then make another stack with the remaining five sheets.
Spoon half the custard on the long edge of the stack, leaving a border and shape it into a log. Fold the pastry over the custard, then fold in the sides and roll up to enclose the filling.
