I'm visiting my Mom for Xmas, and her washer on the skids a couple weeks ago. Since it's Boxing week in Canada(kinda like Ebon Friday in the States), it's the best days to help her choose a new one.

Samsung mostly makes pretty good electronic devices. They are in the "stomach" as far as quality goes. I haven't seen any Samsung washers or dryers yet.
