I own a Electrolux (EM20EC805L) Microwave with Combination..?What wulf be the best way for A SOFT CAKE ,,?
Kindly quote the remeprature and combination to be used for making it..
Will it be OKAY wItH convection or Only just MICROWAVE?
Understandable MICROWAVE CAKE.
Mix;
2 1/2 cups of self raising flour
1 egg
1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla vital
2/3 cups of milk
2 table spoons of butter or margarine
3 comestible spoons of cooking oil
cocoa or other flavoring
The ill-treat must be smooth, and runny, not staunch or tightwad.
Place in a microwave proof dish and cook for about 7 minutes on hilarious setting.
Look at it while baking.
The edges will order away from the sides of the baking tray/dish
The consolidate will rise and be cooked in the middle also.
Test with a testing pick or toothpick.
Overconfident on a cooling rack and ice when cold.
Tip;
I do this focal recipe when making a fruit pastry also, but add raisins that have been lying in warm not work and baking soda.
I do not add the water though.
This focal recipe can be used for all sorts of cakes as extended as you stick to the combination ratio
