It won't trade at all. It worked just fine before we moved but after we hooked it up in the new domicile the turntable will not turn on. Everything else works and it's only about a year and a half old. It's a Frigidaire over the stove mock-up PLMVZ169GC. If anyone could tell me what went incorrect with it and if there is anyway i can fix it it would be so appreciated. I don't want to shell out another $500 for a dang microwave. As a result of you so much!

The turntable (trencher) should have "notches" in it that be in want of to mesh with the wheel in the bottom of the unit.
