Grinding shivaree started about a month ago. Turn run has decreased from 3 RPMs to about 2 RPMs. Grinding alarums does not occur if turntable is off. Everything else seems to be working correctly. Is there a part I can make good on myself, or must i call for service?

If the oven is overweight enough, they make windup turntables that will do the job and will undoubtedly be far less expensive than genuine replacement parts.
