How can I remove my GE Spacemaker microwave?

I have a inert above stove GE Spacemaker microwave. I need to kick out it and install a used replacement I proper bought. Can anyone help?

Obliterate the louvered cover across the top of the unit and you will see the two Phillips screws(one on each side) that take the unit fast to the cabinet. Once removed the element tilts down and unhooks from the cabinet plan. Have an extra pair of hands to leadership the tilting and lifting for the unhooking. Be undeviating that you have unplugged the power cord and it is emancipated to be pulled through the hole in the bottom of the cabinet above the microwave

My GE Spacemaker Grilling Over-the-Rove Microwave Oven is not working correctly. It is only 3 years old but shuts off after a few seconds of use. I do not shortage to spend $500 - $600 for a new microwave if this is indubitably corrected. Is this worth the cost of fixing?
