Danger from small crack in plastic microwave door frame?

There is a inconsequential crack in the outer plastic frame of our microwave. It is at the very top virulence of the door and doesn't go all the way through the frame, just a fracture visible from the outside that goes about 1/2 to 3/4 of the way along the top inch of the door. When you look at the inside of the door, everything is undamaged, it's just a crack on the outer susceptible frame.

Is there a danger of microwave leakage from this crack? I be sure it seems paranoid, as the crack is outside and the hidden of the door is intact, just wanted another thought.

Microwaves are cheap. At best go get a new one or ask for it for Christmas.

I recently noticed that on the inside of door frame of our microwave there are little burn marks. None of them are darned large, however some are worse then others. I have tried to find data on this, and have come up with nothing. Is it time to get a new microwave or is this normal and okay?
