turntable rotary ring of my panasonic microwave has transgressed .since it is unavailable in the market. i am trying to fettle it i want to know if i can use a metal layer joint to hold the broken pieces of it. expanse of the metal pieces will be 16mm.X4mm.approx. i will detain it with 2 nos. rivets. there will be only two joints. can it harm in any way
i will try to do all the repairing job very neatly and meticulously to my skill and expertise.
Metal is never a tolerable idea in the micro! it will spark, perchance if you cover it with silicone? you know like the intensify and eat soups? they have a metal ring on the top but you can nuke it with the pliable lid covering it.

I recently bought a new Panasonic Inverter Technology association microwave.The brochure is a bit unclear and I need to skilled in if I need to remove the turntable and the roller ring under it while using the oven on a convection setting to say,bake a cake or a lasagna?
If the up-country of the oven will heat up to 350ºF or so, thenyes, I'd unfasten the plastic turntable roller thingy.
