How can we replace a GE Hi-Low Cooking Center upper & lower ovens (no microwave) plus a range, all in 30"

The Hi-Low Cooking Center by GE (and in the old days Tappen) had a range, a large commonplace oven below, a smaller conventional oven above, combined with a ventilator hood, as well as a scale in the middle, all within a single 30 in off the target unit. The standard replacement today seems to be an oven/ latitude below as one unit and a separate "microhood" oven portion above, with the ventilator fan. But we want a conventional thermal oven above; no microwave is wanted. Another hard with the upper oven unit is that it is smaller than the uppermost oven of the discontinued Hi-Low unit. There are some convection oven hood units accessible but small size is still the real bummer. What to do?
